ProjectDocsEngine is an AI-powered documentation generation platform that:

• Generates project documentation based on user inputs
• Uses AI technology to create comprehensive technical documents
• Provides document management and export capabilities
• Offers Q&A and command mode features for document interaction

By using our Service, you understand and agree that:

• We send your project details to third-party AI services to generate documentation
• We do NOT send any personally identifiable information to AI services
• Project information is processed solely for document generation purposes
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated documentation
• AI systems can produce unexpected results or "hallucinations" - always verify critical information
• We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• ProjectDocsEngine is not liable for any errors or omissions in AI-generated documentation
• The Service is provided as a tool to assist, not replace, human judgment and expertise
• We do not train AI models on your project data

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data

Your Content: You retain all rights to the project information you provide. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content: Documentation generated by our Service is owned by you. We claim no ownership rights over the documents created for your projects.

Our Platform: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ProjectDocsEngine and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 General

• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal)
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge you for the selected plan
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7.2 Subscription Plans

• We offer recurring subscription plans (e.g., weekly or annual) with automatic renewals
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods (except purchased top-up credits)
• Top-up credits expire 90 days from purchase and persist through subscription resets
• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods

7.3 Lifetime Deals

• We may offer one-time payment options for "lifetime" access to the Service ("Lifetime Deal")
• A Lifetime Deal provides access to the current version of the Service and any future updates we choose to provide, for as long as the Service remains operational and supported by us
• "Lifetime" does not mean perpetual or indefinite access. It is subject to the ongoing availability of the Service and does not guarantee access beyond the Service's operational lifespan
• Lifetime Deals include a fixed monthly credit allocation that resets each billing cycle, as specified at the time of purchase
• Lifetime Deals are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase, except as required by applicable law
• No prorated refunds or credits will be issued if the Service is discontinued

7.4 Refunds

• Refunds for recurring subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Lifetime Deal refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECTDOCSENGINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProjectDocsEngine and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account or subscription at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid fees, including Lifetime Deals.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the Service.

10.3 Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue the Service entirely, or any part thereof, at any time for any reason. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice (e.g., 30-90 days) via email or on the Service, and may offer data export options where feasible. No refunds or compensation will be provided for Lifetime Deals or prepaid subscriptions in the event of Service discontinuation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
